Here is some useful information about your Personal Information Number (PIN):
- When the bank sends you your card, they will send the PIN separately for security reasons.
- You can change your PIN to a number you can easily remember.
- You should never give your PIN to anyone else or write it down.
- When you’re entering your PIN, check no-one is watching over your shoulder.
- If you suspect someone knows your PIN, contact the bank immediately. If you do not take care to keep your PIN secret, you may be held liable for any losses from your account.
